Strategic Initiatives: Customer Value Agreements (CVA)

Through our strategic initiative named Customer Value Agreements (CVA), which is the focus of our efforts as part of our goal of becoming a solution partner for a flexible and sustainable customer experience, we strive to keep our customers' facilities running smoothly and prevent downtime. Customer Value Agreements that underpin our strategy are focused on providing maintenance and service, diagnostics, parts delivery, equipment failure prevention measures, failure alerts, equipment sourcing, equipment life extension work, and maximizing customer investment as well as ensuring uninterrupted production at the lowest cost. We at Borusan Cat, to proactively respond to the needs of our customers, have developed Customer Value Agreements in such a way that our customers' equipment always works and possible breakdowns are prevented no matter how harsh the operating conditions are; and we have combined these Customer Value Agreements values under the name CVA Flexi. CVA Flexi includes various agreements we developed according to customers' needs, namely CVA, CVA Lite, CVA CSP, GET CVA, UC CVA, and XC CVA.*

Through the implementation of our strategic Customer Value Agreement initiative, we aim to develop a flexible and comprehensive Customer Value Agreement model and build a strong customer channel in line with our goal of being a solution partner; we also pay attention to the implementation of innovation and digitalization to maintain sustainable growth and continuous operation, and to create internal and external value, taking into account trends, market opportunities and correct management decisions.

*CVA Flexi: this is the most flexible form of Customer Value Agreement, allowing our customers to choose the parts included in it according to their needs. (The CVA Flexi can cover all products.)

*CVA: Customer Value Agreement covering Cat® filters, Cat® oil, and spare parts.

*CVA Lite: An excellent deal for Cat® filters and Cat® oils.

*CVA CSP: A customer value agreement that covers the injector, turbocharger, radiator, alternator, hydraulic pump, etc.

*GET CVA: A customer value agreement covering ground engaging tools such as backhoe protection parts and tips.

*UC CVA: Customer Value Agreement covering undercarriage.

*XC CVA: Customer Value Agreement covering Revision and B'More products.
