Planning programs that support our new colleagues in shaping their careers through training, development, and mentoring programs, providing career management support, and keeping talents within our company through employee engagement strategies to ensure that their career journey continues at Borusan Cat are among the other steps of successful talent management. By incorporating talents that will support our development, we are growing and strengthening our company’s purpose statement "We Create Solutions for a Better World".
