This year "Amur Machinery" (a member of the Borusan Cat group of companies) celebrated its 25th anniversary! Over the years, we have come a long way from a small office to an international company operating throughout the entire Russian Far East.

Today it is hard to imagine, but our path began with the efforts of just a few employees who created the future. On May 21, 1996, "Amur Machinery and Services" LLC, the first Caterpillar dealer in Russia, was registered in Khabarovsk. Ambitious projects and plans, bold decisions, and belief in success - these are the origins of our development.

Over the years, the staff has grown, several branches and service centers have been opened in the Russian Far East, sales have grown from one bulldozer to hundreds of pieces of equipment and hundreds of thousands of spare parts. We have earned the trust of our customers with a high level of service and compliance with international business and security standards.

Where Are We Today? Yesterday`s Dreams Have Come True.

Today we are an international company, one of the best Caterpillar dealers in the Russian Far East, and we have a lot to be proud of. The company currently consists of over 480 employees.

The company has two top priorities:

The first is customer focus. We need to remain reliable partners of enterprises in the Far Eastern region who supply and maintain construction, logging, and mining equipment, as well as power plants. No other company in the region can offer such an integrated approach.

The second is corporate culture. The prime value for us is our people. We adhere to a simple rule - we must help each other. We have demanding goals and laborious tasks, but if we assist each other, each in their position, then everything will work out. The result of the company`s work depends on each individual employee, and the company, in turn, must be a responsible employer.

We Look Into the Future With Confidence.

I`m sure we`re on the threshold of something big right now. We are working on the projects that will be the key to the development of the company. I can compare this to the flywheel effect - we launched it a few years ago, and now is the time to get the positive change that we hoped for. We have invested a lot in global initiatives to improve the customer experience. All the above-mentioned projects and initiatives are in one way or another related to digitalization, the introduction of new technologies in all our activities. I strongly believe that in few years we will reach a completely new level of big data management, with the help of which we will improve all of our services even more.

My dream is to achieve a level of service in which we will proactively work with our customers, effectively solving problems and minimizing downtime in their work.

I am convinced that people will remain at the center of our corporate culture. We will continue to do our best to ensure that the employees of our company are comfortable and convenient to work so that our company is a platform for the implementation of their creative work plans.

We have many new challenges, ambitious projects, and plans ahead, and I am sure that with the approach that we have formed, a bright future awaits our company.

Anton Krupskiy, Having joined Sakhalin Machinery as Heavy Equipment Sales Representative in 2009, worked his way up to Head of Department. Since 2015, has worked on integration projects for two companies and 6 Sigma projects in the position of Business Development Manager. Having successfully implemented the project to reorganize the structure of Amur Machinery and Sakhalin Machinery in accordance with the business requirements and the needs of customers, Anton Krupskiy was appointed Head of the Strategic Marketing Department. In 2018, became General Director of Amur Machinery LLC and Sakhalin Machinery LLC.
