There was a day when our team sat and brainstormed about the capabilities and solutions which we can offer to our customers to satisfy their needs and be a better partner and a solution provider in terms of business. After an interesting discussion with my leader, Rafet Kaymakci, we concluded that nowadays our market lacks certain capabilities. If fuel system problems are a typical issue for earth moving equipment owners, we need to make investment in this direction and meet the needs of our customers.

Soon after our company purchased brand-new diagnose and repair devices for the fuel system, main components from Türkiye and brought them to Georgia. It was challenging because we had small experience, and this was new even for our market. So, we made a plan. We invited specialists from abroad and conducted special training to make full and best use of new devices. Today we have a dedicated technician, Alex Kutkhashvili, with a good technical background who is handling the process and offers our customers best solutions in terms of fuel system diagnosing/repairing options. We are serving customers who own Cat® equipment and offer services for common rail injectors (CR), Hydraulic electronic (HEUI), all type electronic& mechanical unit injectors (EUI, MEUI), mechanical fuel injection pumps.

We are the first company on our market among our competitors having this kind of device and offering this type of services to our customers.

Many of the customers had big issues, risks, and unsuccessful operation stories to take the service from unauthorized service centers in land and abroad. I can say surely that now customers are so happy to take reliable and trustable service from us in the same country where they operate. We always get positive feedback from the customers who brought the injectors for repair to us. The main comment is that they feel more secure and comfortable to have service in the country, price advantage compared to new injectors and most importantly repair time is just in a day or max the next day. Among our satisfied customers there is RMG – biggest mining company in Georgia, Javakhavtogza – road construction company operating in main infrastructure projects in Georgia.

Currently we do market analysis and create strategies on how to offer best solutions to our customers. Due to high interest and demand from the market we are planning to extend our business and offer solutions to non- Cat brand equipment owners as well.

Gocha Tkeshelashvili joined Borusan Cat in 2007 as a technician. Since then he's been working tirelessly and made a significant contribution to the development of the company. His diligence has led him to be the position of technician's foreman as a great leader. Many important projects have been implemented during his work including cooperation with border police. As part of this project, Borusan Cat Georgia carried out ship reconstruction work, and in addition, Gocha led a training aimed to raise the qualification of Border Police technician team about Caterpillar ship engines. In parallel to his career, Gocha is engaged in wine-making and is actively involved in the cultivation of his own vineyards. He is married and has 2 beautiful children. Spending time with his family is the most pleasant and important thing for him.
