With technology, the concepts of distance, location and time lose their importance, while our lives continue to get faster and easier.

In addition to technology, the distance between us and most services during the pandemic has taught us that we need to move to different structures in operation. In this process, there were times when we could not outsource the services we needed. A television that broke down, a water pipe that needed to be replaced... With this initiative, our technicians can provide support whenever the customer needs it, without going to the customer site!

With Remote Services, we aim to achieve many advantages for both our customers and our employees. One of them is "speed", which is one of today's crucial issues. We do not need to be physically on the customer's site. The customer can reach our technicians whenever they need them. Since physical transportation is not required, the time spent on the journey and the carbon emission during the journey are also eliminated. The accuracy rate of fault and failure support is much higher with this service than a phone call, situations where the machine does not need to be serviced can be detected remotely and the idle time of the machine is minimized.

In our Remote Services, we integrate software, hardware, and remote service technologies into our processes in order to provide instant service and maintenance support to our customers off-site. In this context, we are working to accelerate our Remote Services support, which started with virtual reality technology, and we are taking steps to ensure that our initiative becomes a sustainable service model. Thus, we aim to seize development opportunities that will prepare the traditional solutions we use in service and maintenance services for the future.
