I joined Borusan Cat Kazakhstan family in 2019 as an Administrative Affairs Responsible. I worked there for 1.5 years and transferred to Almaty Work Shop for the position of SMCS Coordinator, and I still hold this position to this day.

Throughout my time that I worked, I have grown a lot personally. Working in administration has taught me how to work in a team, and working in service taught me resilience. Each position teaches us something new and brings out a new us. In addition to working life, our company allows us to reveal and express ourselves creatively. This includes active participation in show programs at corporate events and participation in competitions and games at team-building events.

One day, I felt that I wanted to learn something new, something that not everyone has learned yet, and so I began searching for myself. My search led me to Access Bars. I know not everyone has heard of it, right? Let me tell you more about it then, what is Access Bars?

Access Bars is a technique where a practitioner applies pressure to specific points on your head to impact your brain and subconscious. It is said that there are 32 points (bars) associated with different aspects of life: career, finances, relationships, family, etc. Through influence on these points, it's believed that we can alleviate unnecessary thoughts, emotions, and tension, thereby harmonizing our minds.

I underwent training in this technique a year ago, obtained certification, and began applying it in practice. This approach helps individuals, specifically, in alleviating anxiety, fear, and concerns directly from their homes, addressing the root cause of stress. Access Bars has been implemented worldwide for over 30 years (The Australian founder Gary Douglas of this technique recognized as a prominent figure of this innovative thought on an international scale). This technique only recently came to our country. 😊

I can't say I would consider this as my main business, it's more of a hobby, an interest. In addition to Access Bars, I am learning Turkish and trying to practice with my colleagues in the office.

No wonder they say "Forever Live and Forever Learn!". Therefore, I have no intention of limiting myself to my current knowledge. 😊
