I play our national instrument ‘komuz’ and sing songs in the ethnic style. I learned my first song at three years old. I won my first award as an ethnic performer at 15. I received my professional musical education at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. Even as a conservatory student, I started performing on the big stage. Thanks to my creativity, I visited wonderful countries and represented Kyrgyz culture at various international events.
After earning a bachelor's degree in "vocal pedagogy," I wanted to dedicate myself fully to creativity, turning folk singing into my profession. However, I faced a lack of understanding of the world of folk art. Significant funds were required for arranging and recording songs, which were not commercial but more like social projects. In the end, the expenses did not justify themselves, and I decided to pursue an additional education to achieve a stable income.
My MBA degree opened new perspectives and opportunities for self-realization. I worked on various international projects. I joined Borusan Cat in June 2023 as a "Logistics Specialist". Even though I received offers from different companies at the same time, there were no financial reasons behind choosing Borusan Cat. My husband advised me to choose a company that has a positive representation in the business world and pays attention to the professional development.
From the first day of work, attitude in Borusan Cat towards a new colleague made me very happy. My colleagues shared their knowledge with me and have always been an example to me in my professional growth to this date. In this young team of high-level specialists, everyone does their job with great responsibility. I can emphasize that my colleagues are one of the main merits of Borusan Cat Kyrgyzstan.
In many ways, the support of my colleagues helped me to overcome my fears and the thought that I would not be able to master a new field and let down the people who believed in me. I worked hard and after a month, I had already mastered and started to apply my new skills and abilities confidently in practice.
Burulcha joined the Borusan Cat family in June 2023 as a Logistics Specialist and has not regretted her choice, considering Borusan Cat's positive representation in the business world.
Burulcha is a professional vocal teacher with a musical education from Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University. In the past, she played the national instrument, the komuz, and sang songs in the ethnic style, earning the Grand Prize at 15 years old. She also obtained an MBA degree for her self-development.
