At the beginning of July, we at Borusan Cat held an event that set an example not only for the sector but also globally. At our digitalization-centered event called Borusan Cat Will Not Stop, we talked about our services that stand out in the sector and make a difference.
Our event was broadcasted on the Borusan Cat YouTube channel and moderated by the presenter Ali Ihsan Varol. During the broadcasts that lasted 5.5 hours over 2 days, 144,000 views were reached! At our event, which included all industries in our service area, our products and solutions with detailed explanations from experts met with the audience on a live broadcast.
Cat construction equipment, generators, and marine engines, as well as Borusan Cat customer support solutions and products, were introduced during the Youtube event, and information about the products was given. In addition to our equipment, our business model Exchange B'Daha, which prevents job losses and increases operational efficiency by allowing worksites to work uninterruptedly; our Revision Centers where machines and components are given a second life and renewed; Borusan Cat's technological solutions such as Parts.cat.com, Easypower, SITECH, and Mine Star were explained, and questions about the studies and platforms were answered. Boom 360, Borusan Cat's new mobile application, was also showcased and introduced for the first time. Following our second-hand application, in September, a new application will be put into service, allowing our customers to reach all their needs from a single place.
While our digital event draws attention by being a first in the sector and an atypical activity in our country, these pioneering digital marketing examples in its field are not the first experience for Borusan Cat, which is also one of the leading companies that initiated digital transformation within Caterpillar and a founding member of Caterpillar's Digital Council. In the EMEA region, their work is rewarded with first prizes. Inspired by legends while keeping digitalization alive in the business world, Caterpillar also included into the event the game Pac-Man, which has been played with passion for years. Pac-Man, the protagonist of the game, is trying to escape from the ghosts of different colors while swallowing the dots in the labyrinth he is in. After the game was reinterpreted, Cat construction equipment reached different solutions and scored points in the labyrinths made by Cat construction equipment. This attractive video by Caterpillar was presented to its customers within the scope of a competition held among the company's representatives. In this competition, Borusan Cat was the 1st in the EMEA Region. After Pac-Man, the 9th of Caterpillar Challenge Videos, a video called "Technician's Test" was released as the 10th film of the series to share with the world the skills of service technicians and to inspire career development in technical service. While technicians are expected to demonstrate their technical knowledge on a challenging track in the Cat Challenges 10: Technician Test Representatives Digital Marketing Competition, in which 40 Cat dealer brands from around the world participated, Borusan Cat won, for the second time, the top spot in the EMEA Region. The 11th video of the series is planned to be published at the end of September, again, with a very different, fun, and attractive concept.
