Since the day I started working at Borusan Cat, I keep on learning something new every day. Because personal development always comes to the fore. We see that learning and discovering more is a part of our job. Of course, during my university years, I wanted to have many learning opportunities. Therefore, I am glad to tell you about the internship program we have developed!

We at Borusan Cat Azerbaijan support learning and development, as well as constantly expand our workforce based on our company purpose "We Create Solutions for a Better World". Our cooperation with the Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry stands out as one of the steps we have taken along the way.

Founded in 1920 and located in Baku, ASOIU offers over 10,000 students an education focused on the oil industry. As Borusan Cat, we feel the excitement of raising new professionals with this well-established school.

Through this collaboration, we at Borusan Cat Azerbaijan offer students the opportunity to gain experience in various fields. With our first steps internship program, we invite students from different universities who want to gain practical knowledge and improve their professional skills. We offer participants the opportunity to work with a professional team from our company and gain experience in large projects. We define our goal as not only developing the students' practical skills but also introducing them to the institutional environment, teaching them corporate values , and preparing them for their future careers.

The three-month paid internship program covers the experience required to work at Borusan Cat Azerbaijan. The payment that the participants will receive is determined in the amount of at least the minimum wage. Upon completion of this program, all participants are eligible for the certification. Students who want to work at Borusan Cat and receive positive feedback from their internship will be included in the Human Resources backup database through interviews and will be assessed according to the needs of their position.
